“We used to print every single certificate by hand,” she says. “Then we’d chase down signatures from department heads, stuff envelopes, check addresses—only to have a bunch of them bounce back when students had moved and forgotten to update their info.”It didn’t stop there. Every certificate must also be scanned and sent to the National Authority for Vocational Education, MYH. “It was time-consuming, error-prone, and let’s be honest—no one’s favorite job.”
