TL;DR

TRUE Sign is electronic signing for agreements that have to hold up years later. You upload a PDF, add the people who sign it, and each of them signs from a personal link with no account and no app. When the last signature lands, TRUE seals the file and anchors its fingerprint on a blockchain, so the proof travels inside the document instead of living in a supplier database. Anyone holding the signed PDF can check that seal for free, without logging in and without asking us. If the agreement needs a higher bar, signers verify their identity with Freja eID, which works in more than 170 countries, and the verified name is written into the proof. Your first three contracts are free, and every plan is on the pricing page.

How does TRUE Sign work?

In three steps. You upload a PDF and place the fields where the signature, the date and the name belong, your counterpart opens a link and signs on any device, and TRUE returns the finished PDF with its Proof of Signing attached. Most documents go from upload to sealed in under ten minutes.

1

Send in minutes

Upload a PDF, add recipients and place signature, date, name and text fields exactly where they belong.

2

Sign without friction

Recipients open a secure link, review the document and sign on phone or laptop.

3

Seal the proof

TRUE seals the final PDF with its Proof of Signing: timestamps, event trail and tamper evidence.

Why does blockchain proof matter for a signed agreement?

Encryption protects a document while it travels. It says nothing about which version was signed, once the file has been forwarded, renamed and stored in four places. TRUE anchors the fingerprint of the sealed PDF on a blockchain, so the person holding the file can show which bytes were signed, on their own, long after the deal closed.

Sealed PDF with TRUE stamp and a Proof of Signing.

Anchored on blockchain. The document fingerprint can never be altered, not even by us.

Impossible to fake. A changed file fails verification instantly.

Anyone can verify. Free, no account needed.

How often are agreements and payment instructions faked?

Often enough that the seal earns its place. The FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center logged 24,768 business email compromise complaints during 2025, with 3.05 billion US dollars in reported losses, and that fraud runs on documents and payment instructions that look genuine. Agreements also leak value with nobody forging anything: World Commerce and Contracting measured 11 percent value erosion in procurement contracts.

Which documents do people sign with TRUE Sign?

Employment agreements, NDAs, board minutes, quotes, shareholders agreements and powers of attorney. Anything that ends in a signature fits, and every one of them comes back with the same seal and the same Proof of Signing. Start with one document type and add more when you are ready.

What does TRUE Sign cost?

Your first three contracts are free and no card is asked for. After that Core is 90 EUR per year, and Business is 180 EUR per user per year with a shared workspace and the option to add users as your team grows. Verification stays free for whoever holds the document, on every plan.

What do people ask before signing with TRUE Sign?

The questions that come up in every first conversation.

Is an electronic signature legally binding?

Yes. Under the EU eIDAS regulation (910/2014) and Swedish law, an electronic signature is legally valid and cannot be denied effect solely because it is electronic. Every TRUE Sign document also carries a Proof of Signing with timestamps and a blockchain anchored fingerprint.

Do my counterparts need an account or an app?

No. They open a personal link and sign on any device. No account, no app, nothing to install.

Can anyone verify a signed document?

Yes. Verification is free for anyone with TRUE Verify and no account is needed. The sealed PDF carries its own proof and its fingerprint is anchored on a blockchain, so it holds even if TRUE is not around to answer.

What holds up if the agreement is challenged years later?

The sealed PDF carries its Proof of Signing: who signed, how their identity was verified, the full event log, and a fingerprint anchored on a blockchain. Anyone can check the evidence, free and without an account, and it works even without TRUE.

Can signers verify their identity with an eID?

Yes. Freja eID is live today: full support for all citizens of the EU and EEA, and more than 170 countries through registration with a biometric NFC passport. The Freja verified name is written into the signature log. Without Freja, signers verify by email.

Is TRUE Sign GDPR compliant?

Yes. Documents are stored on EU servers, covered by GDPR and our Data Processing Agreement. We collect what the signature needs, nothing more.
