We talked with Jonas Gustafsson, Education Manager, Arbetsmiljöforum by Metodicum
I work at Arbetsmiljöforum/Metodicum. I develop and organize everything related to our occupational health and safety training, approximately 15 courses in total. We educate over 4,000 people every year.
Whats is new and exciting this year?
This winter, we will launch certification training for safety representatives, as well as new networks within various occupational health and safety areas. Participants will receive certificates via TRUE, which they can share on LinkedIn and other social media as proof of competence.
We are constantly exploring new ways to use TRUE, such as for membership certificates, licenses, etc. It is much easier to issue certificates, diplomas, or membership proofs than it was before.
How did you manage diplomas and certificates previously?
Before TRUE, there was manual handling between the CRM system and certificates in Word and PDF, which meant that each change took a long time and led us to avoid making changes and renewals.
Now that we have direct connections to our CRM and can create many different diplomas, changes are made in only one place. When diplomas are sent, it is easy for each employee to find and modify their own diplomas.
We also know if participants have received their diplomas, and the recipient can change information themselves. Its made our lives a lot easier.
