Please briefly tell us about yourself and what you do at your company.
I am the founder of Distanslära and also handle the day-to-day operations related to the courses. This includes everything from answering questions to issuing certificates when a teacher has approved a student.
What is the most exciting or new thing happening this fall/winter?
It is definetly the new course we launch; payroll specialist, which is in high demand on the market.
Tell us about your certificates and diplomas; How did you handle them before TRUE?
Previously, we sent certificates through our LMS, as pdf’s. The challenge then was that we didn’t have full control over what was being sent out or how the recipient stored them. Moreover, the diplomas could easily be fabricated, creating some uncertainty as it risked damaging our legitimacy.
What do you like most about the document management via TRUE?
I appreciate that it is secure and verifiable, providing both Distanslära and the students with confidence in its validity. I also love that TRUE is always responsive, quick, and updated with the latest technological developments.
